The Kay Craft only allows returns of items purchased from the online store if a defective item or a wrong size product has been delivered. The returned items must be in original condition i.e., new and unaltered with original tags and packaging.
For eligible returns customers should contact us at info@thekaycraft.com giving their order ID and describing the nature of defect within five days of the delivery date. We will try to swiftly resolve the issue by replacing the missing/defective items, an exchange, or a full refund depending upon the circumstances.
Customers may be liable for any incremental mailing/shipping charges associated with the return.
Cancellations:
A customer may cancel their order by sending an order cancellation request to info@thekaycraft.com with the order ID before they receive an order fulfillment confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping:
Most of the products on The Kay Craft are shipped for free. For larger orders, charges increase at a reducing rate with added order size and weight. Exact shipping charges can be seen at the time of placing the order.
Shipping time for order delivery within Kashmir is normally 3-5 working days. But some deliveries could take 5-10 working days depending upon the destination and availability of the product.
